The Team Readiness Dashboard gives you a live view of your team's skills. See who's drilling regularly, who's improving, and who's avoiding practice. Identify gaps before they show up in quota. Coaching becomes proactive, not reactive.
How it works
Aggregate team data
The dashboard pulls data from every rep's practice calls: total drills, objection handling success rate, average sentiment, and improvement trends.
Readiness scores
Each rep gets a readiness score based on practice volume, objection handling, and recent performance. "Ready" means they've drilled enough and are handling objections confidently. "Needs Reps" means they need more practice.
Drill down per rep
Click a rep to see their individual stats: which objections they struggle with, their practice frequency, and their improvement trajectory.
Use cases
Onboarding visibility
See which new hires are drilling daily and improving, and which are falling behind. Intervene early instead of waiting for poor performance on live calls.
Call center calibration
For 50-500 reps, the dashboard shows which sites or shifts are underperforming. You can mandate practice for specific teams and track compliance.
