Objection Handling

Responses to common objections and a short sales FAQ. Use these in calls and follow-ups.

"It's too expensive."

RepDrill is a few dollars to low teens per rep per month. One extra closed deal or one faster ramp usually pays for a year. We can model ROI for your deal size.

"We already do role-play."

Peer role-play is useful but low-frequency and doesn’t mimic the full range of real buyers. RepDrill adds on-demand, repeatable practice with AI that pushes back. It’s complementary.

"AI can't replicate real buyers."

We’re not replacing live calls. We give reps a safe loop to practice objections and structure. Our AI is built for sales: price, timing, authority, competition. Same idea as flight sims.

"Our product is too complex."

We support custom agents and prompts. We focus on the conversation—how they handle 'too expensive,' 'call me back in Q3,' 'we’re happy with X'—which transfers across products.

"We need to pilot first."

We can structure a pilot: one site or cohort, 30–90 days, with agreed success metrics. For Enterprise, we put that in the agreement.

"What about data security?"

Data in transit (TLS) and at rest (encrypted). We don’t put your customer PII into prompts. We can complete security questionnaires and discuss DPAs for Enterprise.

"We use Gong / Chorus. Isn't that enough?"

Gong and Chorus analyze live calls. RepDrill trains reps before the call. They answer 'How did that go?'; we answer 'Have you practiced enough?' Complementary.

"Our reps won't use it."

Best when it’s low-stakes practice (not surveillance), managers assign specific scenarios, and early adopters share wins. We can provide comms and rollout guidance.
